Welcome to Massive Luxury (the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services available at listing.massiveluxury.com. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

"We," "Us," "Our" refers to Massive Luxury, a service operated under Massive Luxury Car Hire.
"User," "You" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Platform, including vehicle owners and renters.
"Vehicle Owner" refers to users who list their cars for rent on the Platform.
"Renter" refers to users browsing available vehicles for hire.
"Platform" refers to our website, listing.massiveluxury.com.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Massive Luxury provides a space where:

Vehicle Owners can list their cars for rent.
Renters can browse available vehicles and contact owners directly.

Note: We do not process bookings directly on this Platform. If you wish to rent a vehicle from Massive Luxury’s own fleet, visit massiveluxury.com or contact us directly.

3. User Eligibility

To use this Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Be the legal owner or authorized representative of the listed vehicle.
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. User Accounts (For Vehicle Owners Only)

Only Vehicle Owners can create an account to list their cars.
Renters do not need an account to browse listings.
Owners are responsible for keeping their account secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Vehicle Listings

Vehicle Owners must provide accurate details about their vehicles, including:
- Brand, model, year, condition, and images.
- Rental pricing and availability.
Misleading or fraudulent listings may be removed.
Listings are subject to approval and may be modified or rejected at our discretion.

6. Payments & Packages

We offer free and paid listing packages with different features.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store full payment details.
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

7. Communication & Bookings

Renters must contact Vehicle Owners directly to arrange rentals.
We do not handle rental agreements, payments, or disputes between users.
Massive Luxury is not responsible for cancellations, damages, or fraudulent activity.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Post false or misleading information.
Use the Platform for illegal activities.
Attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the Platform.
Post offensive, inappropriate, or defamatory content.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

We do not own or inspect vehicles listed by users.
We are not responsible for any disputes between Vehicle Owners and Renters.
Users accept all risks associated with renting or listing a vehicle.
We are not liable for financial losses, damages, or legal issues arising from transactions.

10. Data Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Users must not misuse or share other users' personal information.

11. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts for violating these Terms.
Users may request account deletion by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.
